Skilled Painter

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced residential painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Properly clean, sand, caulk, and repair surfaces before painting
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and handle materials responsibly
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented finishes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency in cutting-in, rolling, and spraying techniques
• Ability to perform surface prep work, including patching and sanding
• Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application methods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work on ladders and in various weather conditions (for exteriors)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Must have own basic hand tools (brushes, rollers, scrapers, etc.); we provide larger equipment

Apprentice Painter

Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Apprentice Painter to join our team and learn the trade from experienced professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in painting. No prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in prepping, priming, and painting interior and exterior surfaces
• Learn and develop proper painting techniques, including brushing, rolling, and spraying
• Support experienced painters by setting up and cleaning job sites
• Sand, caulk, and patch surfaces as part of prep work
• Maintain tools and equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

• No experience necessary--we will train the right person
• Interest in learning the painting trade and a strong work ethic
• Ability to take direction and apply feedback
• Comfortable working on ladders and in different environments (indoor and outdoor)
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
